1897 Farragut Day Ribbon Hartford, Conn. - dated October 19th, 1897.  This G.A.R. Ribbon is on good condition overall and has fraying at the bottom of the ribbon.  The ribbon is discolored and has a few small areas of staining due to age of the item.  The small American Flag bow on the top has a loose thread at the end and has minor fraying.
