1908 Letter & Cover Katy MK&T Railway Hotel & Restaurant Dept Muskogee I.T.

You are bidding on an old original envelope, cover, and letter on the Missouri Kansas & Texas, letterhead and envelope, the Hotel & Restaurant Dept. It was evidently from Muskogee, Oklahoma, because it has a check by Muskogee.  Although it is dated November 4, 1908, the stationery or form still shows, Muskogee, I.T.   It was postmarked in 1908 and has a RPO cancel, the Kansas City & Dennison Railroad or Railway.  The letter or form measures approx. 9 1/2” x 6” and the envelope approx. 6 ½” x 3 5/8”. On the letter there is some darkening, and wear along the edges and at the corners, a crease at the top right corner, and of course creases from being folded twice and other wear.  The envelope has tears from being opened at the right edge and other wear.
