    Description

    This listing is for a vintage WINKY ROBOT, made by Yonezawa, Japan, in the 1950s. This rare and unusual robot is an original, NOT a repro. It measures 9.5 inches tall and is made of tin with a wind up motor. There is a built-in key on the side and an ON/OFF switch in front. The robot is in very good condition overall with moderate surface wear. Still works great-- it walks forward with a moving meter and sparking mouth.The ON/OFF switch and spark still works, though the spark is intermittent. Rare to find in any condition. On consignment.
