Up for sale is a new still Factory Sealed original replica Astronaut "Lunar" domed metal lunch box from 1998 (NO Thermos) it never came with one, now over 20 years old! It was made by the G-Whiz! Company here in Van Nuys, CA. It would be a very nice addition to any Lunch Box collection!
Back in the day before the internet you bought what you could, if there were pieces missing or no thermos and the lunchbox itself was in very nice condition you bought it and you could look for the other bits later!

In the mid 80's to the late 90's I collected Lunch Boxes heavily, it was fun finding and remembering the Lunch Boxes I found! I was very picky as to the condition. I just did not buy a particular Lunch Box just to have it, it had to be in very nice condition or better! It was very fun going out to find what Lunch Boxes I could turn-up (remember this was pre-internet, it was a time where you has to get off your butt and go look for what you wanted!), I ended up with a couple hundred! Now over the next few months I will be listing my collection on Ebay so keep an eye out on my listing for some great and RARE Lunch Boxes... P.S. All of what I am selling is out of my personal collection!
