    This book was printed in the late 1980's and has been stored since then.  Paperback 10 1/2" x 4"
    This book was originally published by Alvin F. Staufer.  All rights were purchased by Leonard Buonocore and rights to the publication of this book are now owned by his Estate.  This book was published by Leonard Buonocore.
