This is an exceptionally large Herkimer Gemstone, especially for the location. This large Trillion cut has a beautiful smokey hue, having some smokey phantoms inside the stone. The crystal is so much nicer in person, the camera catches the refractions and its hard to see just how gem clear the stone is.  The pictures make the stone look darker than it is and also add color that is not there (reds etc) The true color of the stone is pure gem clear with smokey
