    This is a (I think) a great RR piece, I have never had one.  Piece reads, "Louisville & Nashville R Co. / Sept 4th 1922 / That Bearer F (?) J Wright /  is hereby declared competant and is authorized to handle an engine on this division of the L & N system as per rule 209 (crossed out and written 620_ / of the Rules of Enginmen, as follows: etc..  Card is 5 x 3" and in very good condition, discolored with a linen backing, that is also aged.   Payment due within 3 days if made by PayPal, 7 days if by mail.
