This is a fairly rare, quality giclee print on Epson pro quality photo paper with archival inks of the Moana Hotel
at Waikiki Beach

on a single 8x10 inch backing mat **which includes backing board as part of the print that you can see here
, from an original (1915?) hand colored photo, the print is shrink wrapped (you may be able to see it in the photo) with caption, hotel history, and photography information on the back. The Moana Hotel was one of the earliest built in Waikiki (1898) and the photo was from a hand colored black and white photo print that has been enhanced. Our prices are less than you would pay retail at a gallery and production costs are lower than most folks so we want to offer affordable quality art for people who might not otherwise be able to afford it.
It is also a little grainy because the original was, please be aware of this, but it is still a beautiful historic and artistic image.

Prints are permanently mounted to the acid free backing board using an archival photo adhesive and cannot be easily removed from the backing board without damaging the photo. If you want to use a larger frame and can't figure out how to do it with the photo mounted on the backing board, contact us and we can explain how it can be done. This is recommended for best visual and artistic impact in displaying this photo, although many people are happy using a standard 8x10 inch frame and displaying the image as is.
