  • Condition: The lapels of this uniform have been replaced. With an approximate size 37 chest and 34 sleeve this is an appropriate uniform if you are that size and are looking for one to wear rather than just display. Other than the lapel material replacement, the rest of the exterior of the uniform is in very good, dare I say excellent, shape and without damage or insect bites.

    Description

    This uniform is a 1902 Pattern US Army Officer, in this case a Colonel, Full Dress Formal Tailcoat with the material of the lapels having been replaced.  View the photos.
    The exterior of the uniform is really in very nice, excellent condition without issues.
    Buttons are all present and match with back marks of The Henderson Ames Co, Kalamazoo, Mich.
    This would make an excellent uniform to wear for re-enactments  or otherwise if you happen to be the correct 37" chest and 34" sleeve.
    The interior has some minor issues such as needing to refasten the upper sleeve.
    Otherwise in good shape.
