pre WW1 Illinois State Rifle Association Marksman Badge 1908 Cross + inscription

Description

Up for your consideration is this 1908 Illinois State Rifle Assn. 80% medal, on back is inscribed "___?___ Sept 13, '08  21 out of 25 ___?___ 300 yards", I can't read two of the words.  Also marked with makers mark Dieges & Clust 103 Chicago Randolf St.  This shows some slight signs of age and use, please see photos.
This measures 1 9/16 inches tall by 1 1/16 inches wide.
