Pre WWI Sweetheart Picture Frame with Photo SMALL SEE DESCRIPTION

Description

When I received this piece, I thought it was a WWI era sweetheart piece. When I looked at the picture inside the frame though, I realized that, because of the style of collar on the clothing (which is about all you can see of the clothing), that this piece is dated most likely to the period between the Span Am War and WWI.
I tried to get a picture of the back but it's not easy to see. There is tape holding the back on. Not tape from anywhere close to that era, I would say more modern tape. Kind of wish it wasn't there so I could take a peek at the back of the picture!
My policy is not to alter any piece that comes in though so I'll let the new owner take care of that if they want to.
