If you are looking for quality trout eggs at a fair price you found them. These are rainbow trout eggs sourced from the west coast that are cured with a salt based home cure. Natural in color with no scents or dyes added. They are a vibrant egg that is much smaller in comparison to Coho and King Salmon. They arrive in a vac sealed package and should be refrigerated until use. Available in 1/2lb and 1 lb packages. We will only ship these Monday-Wednesday for most locations.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Strain before tying sacks. Apply borax or cure if you would like a drier egg that milks slowly. DO NOT RINSE OR WASH EGGS.
