, in plastic sleeve , 2nd picture shown part way out ,  note states to use 1 cent stamp      ,  marked on back    A-27 Santa Fe "Super Chief" at Albuquerque , New Mexico   ,  5 1/2" wide  , height is 3 1/2" ,  Note**  never used    **( see pictures )
