    Cured single King salmon eggs from Michigan. Harvested in October of 2020. These are our Grade A eggs.  These are suitable for tying spawn sacks or boiling to use as singles. They are cured with a salt based home cure that results in a tacky, hard to break egg . 1 pound will tie approximate 15 - 20 dozen spawn bags. These eggs will last months in the fridge or years frozen. These are not for HUMAN CONSUMPTION. Do not attempt to eat them.
    We ship egg products on Monday-Wednesday so there is no chance of them sitting in the mail on Sunday. You will have a label printed after purchase, but that means that we have packed your eggs. We will wait to ship if your order was placed late in the week.
