The Living Flag 1904 Boston G.A.R. Encampment 45 Stars 14.5 “ X 11.5 “ Framed

This listing is for THE LIVING FLAG, Grand Army of the Republic, G. A. R. Encampment, Boston 1904 in original oak frame measuring 14.5” x 11.5”. There are 45 state stars. The oak frame has a gold patina, the matting is a light tan and it has the original old wavy glass. The photo itself measures, from the frame front, approximately 8” x 4.5”.  It appears to be black and white; however, I detect hints of red indicating it may have been hand colored. The back had a paper covering that is no longer present. Original nails still in place. Never opened. A nice piece of history.
